Privacy
Visitors
- Cookies and trackers. The public site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers or audience-measurement tools.
- Delivery. Traffic goes through Cloudflare’s network, which produces aggregate visit statistics. Our logs do not contain visitors’ IP addresses.
- Third-party services. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, the charting library from jsDelivr and YouTube video thumbnails from YouTube. These services receive the browser’s IP address, as with any resource loaded from another server. A YouTube video opened on the site plays in YouTube’s player, in its version without advertising cookies (youtube-nocookie.com). A TikTok video plays in TikTok’s embedded player, which may set its own cookies. This player is covered by TikTok’s privacy policy.
- Abuse protection. To limit the number of searches and messages, the IP address is turned into a fingerprint computed with a secret key. The key is replaced every 24 hours. After that, the fingerprint can no longer be linked to an address. The address itself is not recorded.
- Contact forms. Your name, email address and message reach us by email and are used only to reply to you. They are neither published nor passed on to third parties. You can ask for their deletion through the same form.
Corpus data
The corpus contains videos and comments posted publicly on YouTube and TikTok, extracted for research. The text of comments and the pseudonyms of their authors are available only to researchers holding a Research-tier key (researcher), issued on a justified request. This site displays no comments.
To ask for the removal of content about you, write to us with the link to the video or comment.
