An observatory of political YouTube and TikTok.
YouPol tracks more than 100 political channels and accounts in France, Quebec and the United States. Using machine-learning and artificial-intelligence methods, the observatory collects, archives and analyses the videos, what they say and the reactions they draw from the public.
Every video published by the tracked channels is transcribed, summarised and counted by our local models. This panel gathers the synthesis of the last seven days, the records to read, the themes, the public figures named, the arguments and the removals; the three countries together or one of them, as you choose.
France Mediapart reports the existence of antisemitic writings attributed to Jordan Bardella between 2013 and 2015 and mentions an influence from Alain Soral. Jordan Bardella denies authorship of these words and denounces a "barbouserie operation." Additionally, Vincent Lapierre documents a rise in crime in La Souterraine, where a speaker attributes the unrest to "migrants." Meanwhile, GoldenBoy describes the use of force by some protesters during student mobilizations in Saint-Denis as "fascism."
Quebec The Président De L'Association De L’Union-Nationale denounces irregularities and "schemes" in the Quebec electoral system, particularly regarding manual counting. On a social level, Camron Diffusion claims that female celibacy results from a rejection of average men and the influence of feminism. Finally, Daniel Pilon Chroniqueur Libre-Penseur argues that the rise in fuel prices is organized by "globalists."
United States Breaking Points analyzes a disappointing October 2026 employment report and reports on a Donald Trump rally in Oklahoma. The same channel also mentions an attempted hijacking of a Dubai-Tel Aviv flight, claiming that Benjamin Netanyahu's camp is using the incident for political purposes. Separately, PowerfulJRE features a former officer claiming the government is hiding non-human origin craft.
France The channel BLAST (left) analyzes OnlyFans as a digital production tool and advocates for the recognition of sex work, while reporting that AI threatens the economic viability of creators. Yomi Denzel (libertarian) argues that schools must evolve toward solving concrete problems with AI rather than limiting the tool. Jonathan Hatchi (libertarian) promotes agentic AI to automate client acquisition for entrepreneurs.
France Sana Nova (manosphere) claims that "feminism 2.0" seeks to destroy men and criticizes the goal of absolute independence the same channel in favor of couple complementarity. The channel Les films à l'arrache presents a debate where one speaker equates national priority to hate speech, while another defines the concept as priority aid for French citizens. Kroc Blanc - FDENEWS (far right) encourages right-wing individuals to create production companies.
France The channel Frontières (far right) films Sarah Knafo during a meeting in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Mediapart (left) presents the Terrestre review, which denounces environmental "criminals" and describes the agricultural orientation law as a "dystopia."
Quebec Camron Diffusion (manosphere) claims that feminist ideology has made women dependent on their physical appearance and leads to social isolation. Maxime Ouimet (far right) rejects paper marketing as obsolete and promotes a digital directory in Florida.
United States No content available in the files Mediapart.
Topics of the claims in 239 records: Institutions and democracy (16%), Economy and labour (14%), Security and justice (11%), Gender and family (9%).

Mediapart published an investigation into writings attributed to Jordan Bardella between 2013 and 2015, described as antisemitic and influenced by Alain Soral. Clément Viktorovitch claims these messages rely on antisemitic fantasies and serve to maintain Jean-Marie Le Pen's ideology under a banalized storefront. Jordan Bardella denies authorship of these remarks, denouncing a "barbouserie operation" the same channel.
Vincent Lapierre documents an increase in crime and degradation in La Souterraine, Creuse. He asserts that the State no longer respects the "social contract" as taxes no longer guarantee security. An intervenant in this video attributes these disturbances to "migrants" the same channel.
Le Fil d'Actu - Officiel argues that the government uses the Russian threat as a diversion to hide the failure of economic policies regarding rising fuel prices. Meanwhile, GoldenBoy and Castor Carnassier discuss high school mobilizations, describing them respectively as "fascism" to silence opponents and as "riots" encouraged by a political party.
The channel BLAST, Le souffle de l'info presents OnlyFans as a digital production tool and not prostitution due to the lack of physical contact, while stating that artificial intelligence threatens the economic viability of human creators.
On education and business, Yomi Denzel argues that teaching should focus on skills that AI cannot perform. Jonathan Hatchi specifies that AI automation is only effective if the commercial offer and processes are already validated.
Regarding national priority, the channel Les films à l'arrache reports an exchange where one speaker compares this concept to the Vichy regime, while another claims that preferring foreigners over French citizens is akin to following Pétain's logic.
Additionally, Sana Nova claims that contemporary feminism seeks to destroy men rather than promote equality. Kroc Blanc - FDENEWS advocates for the creation of companies to succeed in the official world.
Topics of the claims in 182 records: Institutions and democracy (16%), Security and justice (14%), Gender and family (11%), Education and culture (11%).

The creator of the channel Président De L'Association De L’Union-Nationale denounces irregularities in the Quebec electoral system and calls the signature validation process for mail-in voting an "incredible lie." He claims that manual counting facilitates "schemes." In another video [zGnDTafTfWA], he argues that a formal notice received on September 25 aims to muzzle him to hide electoral malfunctions.
On the economic front, Maxime Ouimet presents the bankruptcy of the company la Cordée as an illustration of the inability of large companies to adapt to the fourth industrial revolution. Simultaneously, the channel NLB - FreedomNews claims that Donald Trump's protectionist measures are causing layoffs in the steel industry in Hamilton.
Regarding social relations, Camron Diffusion claims that female celibacy results from a rejection of the average man and that feminist ideology has stripped women of their seduction tools. Meanwhile, Le Verbe médias reports that a decline in sexual activity among Generation Z is explained by anxiety and financial obstacles.
The channel Camron Diffusion, oriented towards the manosphere, comments on testimonies from women expressing their loneliness. The videographer claims that female celibacy results from a refusal of the average man in favor of inaccessible men. He argues that feminist ideology has reduced women to their physical appearance by devaluing other forms of seduction, leading to social and family isolation as they approach forty.
Additionally, Maxime Ouimet, oriented towards the far right, criticizes the inefficiency of print advertising newspapers, which he calls the "dinosaur generation." He asserts that this model is obsolete because it does not allow for precise measurement of the audience or generated clients. The videographer offers French-speaking entrepreneurs in Florida the use of his digital directory, Floride411.com, to promote organic visibility.
Topics of the claims in 53 records: Economy and labour (31%), Institutions and democracy (17%), Immigration (11%), Technology (10%).

On the PowerfulJRE channel, a former intelligence officer claims that the US government is hiding non-human craft and bodies to avoid financial fraud prosecutions. He argues that the "deep state" is blocking the disclosure of this evidence and establishes a correlation between nuclear weapons tests and the increase in unidentified anomalous phenomena activity.
Breaking Points reports that Donald Trump visited Oklahoma, a state described as his comfort zone. Additionally, the channel claims that US aerial superiority over Iran no longer exists following the loss of several aircraft. In another video, the same channel asserts that Benjamin Netanyahu's camp is using an attempted hijacking of a Dubai-Tel Aviv flight to present the Prime Minister as Israel's sole protector.
Regarding technology, Breaking Points reports that Anthropic consulted religious experts to implement morality and explore the consciousness of its AI, Claude. One speaker on the channel argues that this reliance on religion shows that the creators no longer understand how their technology works.

Each channel is chosen and coded by the team. It gets an orientation, a country and a language. The far right is deliberately over-represented, to study it closely. The English-language corpus was extended in October 2026. Its videos are transcribed and summarised, and its classifiers will soon be trained and deployed.
Six methods, run on the project’s computers, each documented with its models, thresholds and reliability. Pick a step.
The channels’ RSS feeds are read every six hours; every week their full list of videos is reread. A detected video enters the queue with its date; those of the last seven days go ahead of everything else.
The video, its metadata and its comments are extracted; the audience is measured again at day 1, 7 and 30. A removal is recorded with its reason when the platform gives one, and a transcribed video keeps its record.
The voice is isolated from the music (Demucs), speakers told apart without being identified (pyannote), then Whisper transcribes each speaking turn in the spoken language, detected by windows. Turns are cut into sentences (SaT).
Each sentence is classified as political or not by a classifier trained on human annotations, then assigned to nine themes by nine binary classifiers. Their reliability (F1, checked precision) is published.
The public figures, parties, organisations, media and countries of a closed list are recognised in the sentences by checked patterns and counted video by video. A private person named in a video is never counted.
A local language model writes for each video of the week a record in French and English. It gives the title, the summary, the claims and their speakers, the public figures named. The record is checked against the transcript; a name that could be a private person’s holds it back. The records feed the week’s synthesis and the arguments by theme.
